In 2012, the Scottish village of Dull and the Oregon community of Boring formed an unlikely international partnership. A year later, Australia’s Bland Shire joined the arrangement, creating the wonderfully named League of Extraordinary Communities.
Three places on three continents, united by their unfortunate names and an excellent sense of humour.
