The forest is in focus. Its most interesting resident has declined to participate.
Bigfoot entered the modern media spotlight in 1958, after reports of enormous footprints in northern California, and has remained a fixture of folklore ever since. Photographs, films and casts have kept the argument going without establishing the creature’s existence.
This viewfinder scene gives the legend its preferred treatment: plenty of trees, one promising silhouette and just enough blur to require another expedition.
